With a degree in fine art, I approach a project much as I would a painting. I lay out my initial idea, and then allow the creative process to inform the direction. Every property is unique and I take my cues from the property itself, the architecture, the setting and the location. 

My aim in staging is to create an environment that not only makes the most out of a space in terms of function, but also creates a warm and an inviting feeling. I want people to walk in and feel a quality of warmth and livability, without cluttering the space with too many accessories. Of course, the foundation of the décor has to work in terms of scale and design. 

I primarily use original artwork which I lease from local Bay Area artists, letting the colors in the artwork guide the interior palette.
